Hans, I think it is working fine--the actual page (file) name is url encoded. Markus converted them to actual utf page (file) names by hand. So there was a bit of a disconnect. It might be possible to change the actual file names to utf, but I am skeptical about the feasibility of it.
I plan to be reviewing and hopefully simplifying the entire utf/url encoding system in the 3.3 series. Probably won't do anything with it until then.
