Actually... the ability to turn off the mobile skin and use the full skin would be nice too. My phone is capable of displaying proper web pages (just like the iPhone/iPod) and sometimes that's needed, but sometimes it's nice not to deal with all the tiny buttons and whatnot.
When I visit Google on my phone, I have a little toggle at the bottom betweek Classic and Mobile.
