I don't think we can do this easily...  The only way would be to
change how the pages are indexed, and then reindex your entire site.
Linkrot works strictly off your index.

I'm wondering though if text that is commented out should be indexed
or not?  Looking at the core code we could either strip out just
commented out links, or everything that is commented out. Or we could
index everything as now. Any thoughts?
