Decided to go ahead and release a new version of BoltWire (3.4.16).

It is on the one hand a minor upgrade and on the other somewhat risky. I've
been making minor tweaks all through this past year--but didn't really
document them. Most were very small, and I don't anticipate any upgrade
problems. But I may have forgotten something that might affect some existing
site somewhere. Upgrade with caution. It's also been a while since I zipped
one of these up. In fact I'm using a new program now, so it's a bit of a
trial release, all in all.

It does fix a significant security whole someone just pointed out that might
give someone read access to read protected pages. And it incorporates a
significant performance boost on the BOLTescape function in certain cases
(thanks DrunkenMonk).

I know I also worked a lot on the vertical linespacing problems since
3.4.15, but that was a LONG time ago. It's not perfect, but it is better. It
also might disrupt spacing on some sites. Or fix things. :) Still, I'm not
sure the upgrade would be worth it unless you are concerned about pages
staying private.

I'm hoping to do a 4.xx release but have not really even begun work yet.
Probably won't be until next year at the earliest, I imagine. It will be
somewhat radically different, and there may not be an easy upgrade path...

Cheers,
Dan
