I have a few and I just registered and released them. As I understand it the main point is that cover missing indicates the bookseller has said that the book was not sold and was destroyed. Although not exactly likely I suppose you could imagine that someone was dumpster diving and took the book. I guess I figure as long as I am not selling and or buying the book that the spirit of the copyright page was met. The only other alternative would be to actually throw the book away and I just can't bring myself to do that. Susan ________________________________

I rec'd a bunch of donations in my OBCZ (yay!) but about 1/2 of them have the front cover removed. I know it says on the copyright page that then the book is "stripped" and was 'stolen' - but of course not by me.... What do you all do with these when you encounter them? (To be clear, they have not been registered, were just dropped in my box.)
