With a phrase so tossed off, you've claimed the work of every
legislative body in this country is pointless [in your own mind]. Why
enact a law agaist child pornography if it's not morality? Every peice
of legislation has a basis in morality of some kind.

Oh, they try all the time. The cryptographers have taken sufficient
care, and worked in AN OPEN FRAMEWORK OUTSIDE OF COPYRIGHT to ensure
that this was not possible. It might all change tomorrow, but I consider
it unlikely.

Or as long as people keep trying to legislate 21st centruy technology
while relying on 19th century concepts of property.
