[Boston.pm] good web host?

OK.  My existing host got hacked, and it's taking them too long to put the pieces back together, so I'm looking to switch hosts.   I need to know they're reliable.  It's important to me that they be in the Boston Area, or at least MA.  I need all the usual perl modules, as well as mysql and PHP.  I need to know they're reliable.  I need shell access (ssh is ok).  I need to know they have a clue.  I need a *NIX OS.  I need to know they're reliable.  They need to answer the phone, and respond to my emails.  I need to know they're reliable.  They should not charge me too much for multiple domains.   Did I mention that they have to be reliable?   TIA Joel Gwynn
