Joel,
I have used pair Networks in Pittsburgh for several years now, and have been very
happy with them. Their prices are very reasonable, and the value is tough to beat.
They do shared and dedicated servers, but no colo. They also have no phone service,
but I have never found that to be a problem. Support emails are generally answered
quickly, but I hardly ever need support anyway. :-) http://www.pair.com/
