when we heard about that several of us tried to contact the 'founder' of
cambridge.pm. no one ever got a reply so consider it a ghost group. and
it is too close to boston to be a separate place. 3 stops on the red
line and you are at boston.com, our current meeting place.

i like srl's idea of having additional meetings outside of boston but
not to splinter the group. this mailing list can support eastern MA
easily and gives us a wider range of people to comminucate with.

try to start a meeting anywhere you can on a different week than the
regular meeting (canceled this week, will it be rescheduled?). i started
the tech meetings in my attic and it grew beyond that very quickly. it
outgrew focalex as well. if the suburban meetings are held at a time i
can make it i would go to some of them.

so the best idea is to find a place (anywhere), pick a time and date
(don't ask for ideas, just pick one) and announce it here. if you get 5+
people, then you are doing ok. it will build up over time.
