ext3 is still considered beta, though I've heard many, many reports 
of people using it in production with no problems.

I'd be surprised if RH release 7.2 with ext3.  They usually reserve 
such major changes for their .0 release.  The .2 releases have 
traditionally been the "final stable" release of the X.y series
(i.e. 5.2/6.2 were the final/stable release of the 5.x and 6.x 
series).  Based on that, I would expect them to wait until 8.0 to 
release with ext3.

Personally, I would wait until 7.2 came out, and if it gave you the 
option of using ext3, I'd avoid it :)
