There is a great vegan place called Grasshopper that is close by the Sunset Grill. It's at Union Square next to the Model Cafe and Twin Donut.
The food is really exceptional for vegan food and their hot appetizer platter is to die for. I'm a die hard meat eater and I love the place. It's cheap too! Dim sum is fun, but in the handful of times I've been, most of the food seems to be assorted varieties of mystery meat, which isn't so much fun if you're a vegetarian (and don't speak Cantonese or whatever... :). > korean bbq is supposed to be great and fun. Koreana in Cambridge has good Korean [& Japanese] food, but it's probably a little expensive and, more importantly, I'm thinking it's a good walk from either of the nearest two red line stops. There's another similar place in Union Square in Somerville (I forget the name), but then that's even farther from a train stop. -- Chris Devers "Okay, Gene... so, -1 x -1 should equal what?"
