Wait, we have a Penang?  I know they are a chain, but I thought it was
just Philly, NYC, and DC.  Philly.pm ate there a few times (in the
Philly chinatown) and while it was a little expensive, I really
enjoyed it.  I'll have to track down the Boston outpost now.
