I must admit I'm having a little difficulty with these so far.
I've worked out how perl2exe operates, and I've located the section
of the EXEs which contains the actual Perl code, but it does seem
to be relatively tough to unlock - certainly more difficult than I
expected.
More details when they repeal the DMCA.
