i see jobs on the london.pm list (not moderated though)
The rule there is that you can post jobs if you aren't a recruitment agent and you put something obvious like [JOB] in the subject. Only list members can post, which is almost as good as being moderated but without the bad bits of moderation.
and they all know about the jobs list.
Most do. There's also the cft (for Copious Free Time) list which shares many members with london.pm and which is specifically for talking about finding jobs and stuff.
