IIRC that was our policy originally but changed to have it moderated. And for the record, I'm not sure if CIDC would have any official objections as I haven't checked yet. I am fairly certain however that if it does come up our HR department would at least want reassurances as both a sponsor of boston.pm and a poster of jobs; and given past experiences I do not think they would be being unreasonable.
