I think that sounds like a fine suggestion of location! It's near the redline, but also away from the areas that attract the aforementioned "bad first date" crowd. 🙂
I was asking about in person meetings perhaps in part because I was just at the last TPRC at the end of June. It'd been a while since discussing Perl and related subjects in person at any venue. It was nice. As a potential subject for a future boston.pm meeting, if there was enough interest in the topics, I could give some update on further work on the subjects (Perl + LLMs + Semantic Web stuff) I talked about here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn9msFIED-8. ________________________________ Date: Tue, 09 Jul 2024 19:25:31 -0400 From: Jerrad Pierce <belg4...@pthbb.org> To: Bill Ricker <bill.n1...@gmail.com>, Bill Ricker via Boston-pm <boston-pm@pm.org> Cc: "Boston Perl Mongers (announce)" <boston-pm-annou...@pm.org>, Jerrad Pierce <belg4...@pthbb.org> Subject: Re: [Boston.pm] Tech meeting Tuesday July 9 (this week) Message-ID: <20240709232531.48138c...@db.pthbb.org> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Unable to click join for Jitsi, and Slack says "foo doesn'tt have an account on this workspace." As for beergardens, there's one at the Alewife Shopping center near Apple Cinema. _______________________________________________ Boston-pm mailing list Boston-pm@pm.org https://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/boston-pm
