Even if you find a native speaker, getting in touch with the right person is almost impossible. I'm having the same problem in China. But I'm glad I have free Intl phone calls (thanks to viopStunt), it comes in really handy when I have to call the ISPs in these countries. I'm looking for native Korean or Chinese speakers interested in helping the cause.
