Hah - lots of luck - who do you know that speaks Korean.  Even if you find
a native speaker, getting in touch with the right person is almost 
impossible.

I'm having the same problem in China.  But I'm glad I have free Intl 
phone calls
(thanks to viopStunt), it comes in really handy when I have to call the ISPs
in these countries.   I'm looking for native Korean or Chinese speakers 
interested
in helping the cause.  If you're going to want to deal with ISP's in 
these countries,
you better be prepared to get a good translator or speak the language.
