Do they speak fluent Korean?  I need people who speak the language
where I want to work from.

I wonder if I can conference them in using Skype.  I'll spring for the
Skypeout call to Korea if you can find me a fluent speaker.  I have a whole
list of Korean ISP's I need to contact.

That's really good to hear - but I need Russian,  Hungarian, and Chinese 
speakers
and I can conference them in using Skype and we can  get some real work
