The discussion will began with a look at the current state of nonprofit organizations and the needs and challenges of creating diverse staff and boards. We want to acknowledge the deeper issues of race and class issues that are evident in Boulder County. This potential initiative is aimed at addressing organizational issues and measurable outcomes and changes for Boulder County nonprofit organizations and governments.
