Thistle would like to organize a meeting with other housing and
human services nonprofits next Friday
(Oct. 6) to discuss taking a more proactive
role in addressing Initiative
2a, annexation by vote, and the Boulder Transit
Village options assessment process. With decisions being made on
both of these issues in the upcoming
weeks we would like to discuss how best to
formulate a coherent and cohesive message, getting
testimonials, canvassing,
etc. We are committing staff to take on an organizing role to
help coordinate this effort.
Also, the final meetings for the Transit
Village process are rapidly
approaching.
