Hi Don, Yes, I tried both resets, but cannot get anything to appear on the Braille display -- not even the "Main Menu." The last time I used my BrailleNote, speech was turned off completely and volume was set to 1. (This is how I use my unit 95% of the time except when I'm doing listening exercises with my CI.)
