Hi Karen, Sounds like you need to set authentication to yes, and also they may have a special smtp server for authentication. You'd have to check with Verizon for that. I know you'll love that one. <smile>
Actually you might be able to find it on their web site somewhere under email configuration or maybe their list of pop/smtp servers. Dinner is definitely important and should always be given high priority. Don
