To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hi, I recently upgraded to Keysoft 6.11, and have been unable to sync my planner and contacts since then. When I try to do this, I get an error on the BN that says "exception command: 399 at 4152. access violation writing 8654848. If I attempt it a second time, the unit hangs at the "connecting" prompt. What could be causing this error, and how do I resolve it? I called tech support, and they advised me to turn off my firewall and create a partnership between my PC and the BN. Neither of these solutions solves the problem. Also, I am using KeySync 1.1, which was released after Keysoft 6.11 came out. Regards, Sam
