Hi, Kelly:

If you belong to the National Library Service, Book Share will look up your 
record.  If they find you qualified, you pay $75 the first time, $25 of that 
being to sign you up.  You give them your user name, and a password you want to 
use.  Anyone who is blind or physically handicapped is qualified.
