Hi. Did you turn the unit on and then do a reset? I think I had a similar 
problem when I put my bn into storage for a month. I turned it on even 
though nothing happened, then did a reset. At 9/4/2005, you wrote:

power supply and let it charge for 8 hours but it did not respond to the 
power on switch.  I tried a hard reset using the reset button.  It makes a 
beep but no other indication that it is functioning.  My husband thinks it 
might be a battery problem and can be solved by a new rechargeable 
battery.  Any similar experiences and solutions would be welcome.
