Ok thx but that doesn't really answer my question - I've not use a braille
note for over two years, and I just wondered about the resets and if I
could re install the sotere of I needed to?

First of all you shouldn't be playing around with the keysoft files,
second if your familiar with the regular BN's, the same resets apply,
with the addition of the reset/record buttons being held down together
and the manual says don't do it!

Hi folks,
I am on the verge of buying an M power, but I was wondering about the
resets, what they are and how they work - the differences between them.
Also, if for example I accidenlty delted a key file for the system,
would i be able to reinstall the keysoft software to replace the file?
