Hi Sarah, I took a look at
www.shoutcast.com and must say that I think Bill Sparks' pages are easier. I couldn't actually find my stations by searching and could only look through the pages. (Who wants to look through over 400?) Maybe there are a few tricks I still have to learn! What is your experience with it? I've worked more with the www.billsparks.org site now and, because I found a link directly for the United Kingdom's list at the bottom of the Home Page, I was then able to look through and save favourites. However, I still wasn't able to access the "country" combo box further up the page. The mPower just read out a list of the countries and no "clicking" anywhere appeared to achieve my aim. I couldn't "enter" on that combo box either. If anyone has had more success with this then please tell me the secret because I'm sure it will crop up in future WEB pages. Thanks. -- Carol [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sarah Cranston Sent: Thursday, October 06, 2005 3:45 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: RE: [Braillenote] STREAMING MEDIA QUESTIONS Hi Carol, Would you mind trying www.shoutcast.com with the BN mPower? I'm curious to see if and how this will work. I found this easy to do with the PC but got rather stuck with the mPower. I could not find the combo box to select United Kingdom so therefore tried including the URL to show the UK stations. Unfortunately, all my tries were in vain and I still haven't got that list up and running. Can anyone please help with the use of that particular page using the BN and/or give any other useful sites for looking up these radio stations?
