Hi Sarah,
I looked in the command summary, and I couldn't find anything about playing back memos and switching tasks. I think this must be a bug, at least with the qt units anyway.

Hi Don,

I've seen BT users able to play back memos from anywhere in
Keysoft. I'm having trouble finding the equivalent command on the QT. I heard somewhere it was [control m], but that doesn't do the trick.

Hi Stacey,

I can confirm the difficulty. What it looks like is that there
needs to be a hotkey defined to return to the playback memo function if you switch programs to
something else such as the address list as you did. I can't seem
to locate any key combination which will do this and I don't see one in the keysoft 7
documentation.

Maybe Dean can comment on whether a hotkey was inadvertently not
assigned or if it was accidently left out of the documentation. If there really is such a
hotkey and if we're nice to him, maybe Dean will even tell us
what it is. <smile
