Although I've been a Humanwre  customer for 15 years, I have to agree that 
Customer Service has deteriorated. Julie Curran is excellent.  However, I have 
been told there are only  two  people working  in that Dpt.  The other one , 
with whom some of us  have dealt,has  provided misintformation to me and at 
least  2 other BN Uswers of my acquaintance.  The CCUstomer Service Rep, in 
question,  doesn't seem to know  the products or  services and appears 
unwilling to admit it.
Here is the US, we have had a considerable turover of staff. One partacular 
area that seems hard-hit is the Tech Sppport.  Unless I'm mistaken, Chris Pope 
is the only one who has been with that Dpt.  for a long time.
Humanware has  some fantastic employees and great products. ! I would hate to 
see  them loose customers.
As for NZ, Developers are to be commended.  However, as Tom and others have 
pointed out,  there needs to be real work done  to improve the performance of 
the overall operating  system.
