Hi Jonathan!

This is Martha.  I'm glad you wrote that note about outlook express not
working with keysync.  I have outlook here at the Department of Natural
Resources, so I can read it fine.  

My next big step in learning about my BrailleNote M-power with braille
keyboard is how to download a file.  Here at DNR, I just have a serial
connection going from the BN to the computer.  At home?  I haven't been
that brave!  I still read a lot when I get home and it's mostly about
the BN!

Hi Chad, so can i just clarify, are you using Microsoft Outlook, or 
Outlook express? If outlook Express, keySync will not work.
