No, for two reasons.  First, two wireless laptops can access the
network just fine.  Second, I am never able to find the reset
button, and none of my family knows what to look for.  The
sighted friend who normally does this type of thing has not been
here in a while.  Next time he is, I'll have him give it a try.

Have you tried resetting your router.  I had a similar problem
with my
Ambicom card saying either new visible network or no visible
network (I
think it was the former rather than the latter).  My husband went
into our
router and changed one of the settings and then reset the router.
Guess
what?  My problem cleared up.  It is now sending and receiving
just fine.
