Scott, You did everything right except for one step, which was the crucial step. When it ask the question which format, you want to select windows media player, rather than winamp. At this time when it gives you the option of windows media player versus some other format, always opt for the windows media player, as it is more likely to work on the BrailleNote. I am not sure why there isn't support for winamp as of current, but that is the luxury of having two options, one will work and the other will not, or if you strike it rich, both will work.
