I have a wifi card a sandisc from Humanware and I stream acb
radio without difficulty. Here ste the steps that I take.
1. from the main menu i for wwwddhumanwareddcom After that
website comes up, hit o with the space bar assuming you have a
braille style keyboard as I do.
2. After hitting o with the space bar type wwwddacbradioddorg
Then hit the letter m for mainstream and then enter,
3. After that link comes up, hit the letter l for listen and
enter.
4. Hit the letter c until you hear connect to acbradio then hit
enter.
5. Hit the letter l until you hear listen to acbradio with amp
or other player then hit enter. You should be connected.
For some reason windows media player doesn't connect with the
Braillenote as in your computer.
If you have any further problems please email at wgramza at
verizonddnet
I hope that I have been helpful to you.

Subject: [Braillenote] Streaming ACBRadio etc. getting an error
message
Hi all,
On my new mPower BT18, I've been trying to stream ACBRadio
content with no
success.
Here's the steps I took:
1. opened keyweb.
Address? www.acbradio.org
2. find the mainstream link
3. find the link "listen to ACBRadio MainStream with Winamp or
compatible
MP3 Player"
4. press enter or one of the cursor routing buttons to activate
the link.
The brailleNote says "linking. Loading media."
Then I get a beep and get told unable to load stream.
Can anyone reproduce this?
I'm going to try another few sites when I return from my classes
later
tonight.
Also, on another note of streaming media, scince AAC+ is being
more widely
used these days for streaming radio etc, is there plans to have
it supported
by the BrailleNote in the near future?
Thanks.
Scott
