stacey, there is more than one file. After you reach 100
percent, it will start with another little file. You're fine.
Wait until you see the "successful sign".

Subject: [Braillenote] having trouble with the download
Hiall,
I'm having trouble downloading the nk.bin file. I've tried three
times with no success. It'll get up to something like 93 percent
and the next time I check it sasy zero percent. When I press
escape it says failed to download. What could be happening? I've
downloaded and installed the product key. I've never had trouble
with updates before.
Any suggestions? Should I have my husband use the pc. I thougt
the mp was supposed to be able to do this.
