Hello Richard,
  Yes, I know it is formated correctly.  Not only have people on this list 
helped me format it, but so did HW's Tech Support this morning.  I was told my 
Tech Support that I needed a SanDisk SD card in order to do the upgrade.  So, 
this evening I am going to hopefully purchase one and try again.
