Yes,
that is my understanding from Humanware, in the future only
electronic SMAs will be available.

Right that I knew. If at perchase you buy the sma on a sd card that
is how you get the upgrade if you buy it electronically then you
need to down load it. What I thought you were saying was that sd
card smas will no longer be offered. That is what I thought you meant.

Hi Malaina,
If I understand what I was told correctly, those who buy new SMA
agreements will only have the electronic method of downloading
the
new Keysoft fersions.
Humanware will honor all existing SMA's which result in a
purchase of
the product on an SD card.

those

John, because Humanware sends out a 128, you can prepare the Sd
card and use it again.

Subject: [Braillenote] keysoft 7.2 mailed on SD cards
Hi,
I talked to a customer service agent at Humanware in Concord
today.
She verified that 7.2 will be sent to those of us who ordered it
via
card with our SMA.
From this point forward, All new SMA holders will have to
download
the future releases via the web page.
We should start to see the release in our mailboxes in about
three weeks.
She could not answer my second question so I'll ask it here.
When the next release is made available necessitating a SMA, can
I
erase the SD card with 7.2 on it and use it for the new upgrade
or am
I better off starting with a blank SD card?
Thanks!'
