Reinhard,
It will be part of KeySoft. Plus, IM is supported by Windows CE (that only
leaves one question: how could HW implement this for BN).

Will the I. M. software be optional? I do not use my HW product on the
internet.

Cheryl,
Some technical explanations apply here:
1. Yes, the instant messaging software, codenamed KeyChat, is on its way.
2. You CANNOT have detachable braille displays on the VoiceNote because it
does not have the latch, and it is speech-only unit.
3. The Windows API (Application Programing Interface) that is included with
Windows CE is a completely different programming enviornment to Windowws xP.
Furthermore, since KeySoft uses text based system on top of Windows CE,
there is no way that you can have JAWS for Pocket PC run on the BN, or
KeySoft on your computer.
I hope this information may help you.

my suggestions would be:
1. support for msn messenger
2. for the voicenote to support portable or detachable braille displays 3.
this is one I thought of last night. I know that you can run jaws off a USB
drive. What I was thinking was, couldn't we have the option to use jaws with
the windows portion of the bn, or use keysoft when we wanted?
Thanks
Cheryl
