Hi Terry:
Try doing a reset with 123. If that doesn't clear it up, do a
reset with 456. If those don't work, you may want to do a
Service Reset, but let's hope these work.

Subject: [Braillenote] help. locked up b n.
Hello my name is Terry. Here's what happened to me. I have some
songs on a compact flash card. I am running a b n with 7.2. I
tried to send a song to someone as an attachment. I got a message
saying that the server was disconnected or something like that.
Then I took the compact flash card out of the machine. Then I
tried to open a document called golf instructions on the flash
drive on the b n. The b n said that i couldn't open the file
because there was no room. I went to my sent items, but nothing
was there. Then I went to the outbox and it said that there was
24000 bytes. I erased the partial email, went and cleared the
database. I still couldn't open my golf folder. I did a reset
using just the reset button, but now my b n is locked up. I do
not know what to do. If anyone can offer any help, I would
appreciate it. Thanks. Terry O.
