Robert,
The service Reset is performed with only Reset with Record. I've noticed
that KeySoft 7.2 uses a lot of memory. In this case, it might be possible
that the memory management is broken again.

Hello,
You might try a reset with 456 or jkl and see if that helps. It should also
return your keysoft system dissk to 30 bytes instead of 24.
If this doesn't help, then you will need to perform a service reset, reset
with record button and 456 or jkl.
Hth,
Robert Stigile

>Hello my name is Terry. Here's what happened to me. I have some
songs on a compact flash card. I am running a b n with 7.2. I tried to
send a song to someone as an attachment. I got a message saying that the
server was disconnected or something like that. Then I took the compact
flash card out of the machine.
Then I tried to open a document called golf instructions on the flash drive
on the b n. The b n said that i couldn't open the file because there was no
room. I went to my sent items, but nothing was there. Then I went to the
outbox and it said that there was 24000 bytes. I erased the partial email,
went and cleared the database. I still couldn't open my golf folder. I did
a reset using just the reset button, but now my b n is locked up. I do not
know what to do. If anyone can offer any help, I would appreciate it.
Thanks. Terry O.
