Malaina, I've been investigating this issue for some time now (ever since I've upgraded to 7.2). This is because 7.2 uses more RAM than 7.0x. It seems that there is a boundary between 16000K and 19000K where BN will stop working for some reason. I'm guessing here again (like my previous message on fatal application dialog) that it is something that's got to do with memory management (Andrew, Jonathan, do you have any ideas?).
