When I cleared cookies nothing happened.it didn't help the only
thing that did help was a simple reset. That seemed to free up
the memory usage. Joseph I had this problem also though with 7.0
while serfing the web. Probably more so because then I was
mainly using elequence since I switched back to key note gold it
doesn't happen as much. Probably because keynote uses less
memory to operate.

Malaina, one thing I did discover, and don't ask me why it should
make a lot
of difference, but I have to clear cookies often.
When I do that, there is enough memory to process my command.

I've been investigating this issue for some time now (ever since
I've
upgraded to 7.2). This is because 7.2 uses more RAM than 7.0x. It
seems that
there is a boundary between 16000K and 19000K where BN will stop
working for
some reason. I'm guessing here again (like my previous message on
fatal
application dialog) that it is something that's got to do with
memory
management (Andrew, Jonathan, do you have any ideas?).
