[Braillenote] Trouble With Document

Hi Listers.  I am 
having trouble with 
a particular 
Microsoft Word 
document.  When I 
translated it into 
braille, it 
translated into 
grade 0 Bletter, 
although my Bletter 
display settings are 
set to grade 2 
Braille for reading.  
I tried pressing 
backspace with b, 
but the message came 
up, "that is already 
the current grade".  
Besides the grade 0 
indicator at the top 
of the document, the 
Braille itself is 
totally uncontracted 
and very slow to 
read.  I'm not sure 
what to do.  Any 
help would be most 
appreciated.
