In my case, I sent it back to HW in England after talking with their Tech Support trying to get it working again but failing. The BNQT would, upon a service reset, start to read keysoft in braille, and then after a few seconds that would disappear. The machine is still under warranty. No amount of recharging would do it any good; I believe they've replaced the battery, probably the card, too.

I hit the reset button, it beeped, and the Braille display says "starting keysoft", but that is all. It has not come out of the reset, and I am afraid to touch it to put in the AC adapter or to remove a card. I have hit reset twice since it failed to restart, but nothing has happened. What do I do?
