You'll need to connect the ac adapter since
the battery power is low.

My BNMPBT32 is frozen. I hit the reset
button, it beeped, and the Braille display
says "starting keysoft", but that is all. It
has not come out of the reset, and I am
afraid to touch it to put in the AC adapter
or to remove a card. I have hit reset twice
since it failed to restart, but nothing has
happened. What do I do?
