OK, I also have curiosity.
Regarding respoding to a list email, I did the normal dots 2-6 with chord (I have a BT keyboard) to get into the email action menu. When I hit space once, it says reply to the sender only. I typed n, and we'll see where it goes, but I think it does to both the original message writer and the BN list.
We'll see.

Subject: [Braillenote] Replying to The List

Seems funny to reply to my own statement. It dawned on me that
most of you, I don't believe, anyway use your BN/VN to do email.
I am curious as to whether that is true or not. I was looking
back on some previous messages, and I think those of us using our
equipment to do email may be in the minority.

I also thought about a dumb statement I made about going over to
the "forward" prompt. You have to write in the BrailleNote list
address every time. I would guess many people would rather not.

This must be a day for my curiosity to be up, <grin>.
