Hi Ann and Christa;
There is a CAP program for the Federal government and there is also one
for students. They have different titles. I only know that they exist.
I would call the NFB in Baltimore and ask to talk to someone in the
computer department. NFB also has a loan program. Its max, I think is
about $3,000.
Hope you can find some help and advice from the NFB.

Hi Christa,

Well, if Perkins is teaching writing skills like yours, then somebody
is doing something write. There is a low cost loan available in every
state through its rehab department for the blind. Don't know how
you'd connect with it where you live, but it is available. Maybe
somebody on this list can help?

Ann P.
