Andrew,

This is a personal preference. I prefer using the BT because there are 
ffewer keys and I use the Sendero GPS and with a BT unit it is easier to 
access the required commands. With a QT unit it is required that you go and 
find the homerow and go from there, which takes some time. The keys are also 
quite small making it harder for people who aren't use to smaller size 
keyboard.

There is also the flip to it where you aren't familiar with braille  and you 
are a very fast typist and prefer a laptop style keyboard. In this situation 
you might lean towards a QT.

This is really a personal preference, take in people's input, don't let it 
drive your decision however
