I have it on very reliable authority that this list is monitored by Humanware staff although they don't always post to the list. Mr. Leslie's cable problem was known to senior management before I cc-ed them on it and my contact assures me they do regularly read the list. So don't worry, Humanware is reading this. But if you do encounter a problem, the most direct way to get help from Humanware is to call Customer Service directly.
