Actually, Brian, I think it is HW's communication with the list members, or
should I say their lack of it, that is the problem. This is especially true
seeing as they were communicating with the list on a pretty much daily basis
before, and then changed to maybe a weekly basis, if that much, as well as
letting us find out important things about the BN family products from other
sources before posting them to the list. It almost looks like that, after
Jonathan Mosen left, the decision was made from on high some where to no
longer communicate with the list on a regular basis, and then the list
members had to deal with that, in addition to Jonathan leaving, and had to
do so without any real explanation for the change from HW. Definitely not
the best way for HW to reassure its list members after the customers having
to already deal with the shock of Jonathan moving on to his new job with the
competition. And, any remarks from HW now that just talk about how we
should realize they can't answer each and every post, those just tend to
make matters worse; for, we of course already know they cant, and didn't
before, answer every single post on the list, and again that isn't the issue
here.

Ottawa Canada

Dear Rhonda Vicky and list:

I have it on very reliable authority that this list is monitored
by Humanware staff although they don't always post to the list.

Mr. Leslie's cable problem was known to senior management before
I cc-ed them on it and my contact assures me they do regularly
read the list.

So don't worry, Humanware is reading this. But if you do
encounter a problem, the most direct way to get help from
Humanware is to call Customer Service directly.

And if you find the fix works and might be of interest to the
list, please post it.

Brian
