I can understand what this person is saying. But, as a user, I
have to present another argument:
* The reason why you experience lockup is that BrailleNote uses
more memory and resources as time goes on. If BrailleNote
(specifically mPower) is used everyday, its resource consumption
(including RAM) will increase.
* I'd bet this person was refering about BrailleNote Classic
(this is why even one HumanWare staff commented that KeySoft 8.0
will be the last version for Classic; look through ghrlNote list
archives and you'll see why).
In most cases, a simple Reset fixes these problems.

Dear List,
In January I talked to a Humanware support person about the issue
of our units just locking up sometimes. He said that since the
BrailleNote had more features and was more powerful now it was
more vulnerable to locking up and apparently it will only get
worse in the future.
